RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee Systems Support responsibility
- Provide support, installation of hardware/software and recommendation on Desktop/Laptop platform, and applies relevant industry best practices to solve problems
- Collaborate with other IT personnel/departments for escalation, knowledge transfer, joint tasks and to establish standards, procedures and projects
- Manage purchasing, distribution, inventories of systems hardware and software and monitor equipment life cycle to make sure assets are best utilized
- Ensure IT help requests are responded to and closed in a timely manner according to SLA, under standard ITIL practice
- Provides quick response and maximum uptime of all users and performs end-user training when necessary
- Coordinate and test automatic software patching and configuration tools
- Formulate best practices for systems maintenance and performance and conduct end users training
- Provision and de-provision AD/Exchange and RSA User account
- Create a high level of user satisfaction through accurate timely follow up, strong technical skills, good customer communication and relationship building
