# Experience in customizing drupal community modules (inbox messaging, forums, chat) to provide a custom authentication layer where certain roles, relationships, and privileges that do not exist in off-the-shelf drupal are used to determine who a user can connect to and have discussions with.
# Good understanding to leverage the look-and-feel of drupal community modules as well as 3rd-party drupal plug-ins but be able to get into the PHP source code and customize the backend behavior.
# Working independently and installing and configuring a drupal instance from scratch on a dedicated linux server (such as an Amazon or Rackspace cloud server).
# The developer should be familiar with several popular drupal plugins such as the ACL module.
# Experience with JQuery is strongly preferred.
