RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This individual contributor role will be responsible for testing wide range of PC games in different environments and settings, the desired candidate should have full understanding of Game SWQA testing and aware of the gaming community needs and requirements.
- The role will involves play-testing the game in a systematic way emphasizing on system and in-game settings testing , analyzing the game s performance, user experience, and identifying problems and suggesting improvements.
- Hands on experience with PC hardware/software configuration and setup, proficiency in Windows operating systems is a must.
- Experience in testing GPU hardware or Game testing in a software environment is preferred.
- Experience in SW 3D compatibility and 3D Benchmark testing is preferred.
- Experience in Video and Multimedia testing will be an advantage.
- Experience in leading small projects OR a sub-set of a large project is preferred.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires BS/MS Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of SWQA experience preferably in game testing.
- Strong understanding of Quality, User Experience, and Quality Assurance methodologies and practices
- Strong collaborative and team player nature with excellent communication skills, written and verbal
