Basics and good understanding on following: - 
• Scripting: - Shell, Perl, Python 
• Database: - MySQL, DB, Oracle, Sybase 
• Good understanding of source code release and control 
• File handling Graduate (B. Tech, BCA or Diploma in computers)Minimum 16 years 3-5 years of experience 
Must have: Basic hands on in web technologies like html, javascript, jsp, servlets Unix Shell scripting Professional. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team Player Sense of Urgency Worked on Automation Basics of UNIX platform. Should have worked on production support Good to have: Production Support Mindset Willing to work in shifts.
